The Lessors' Association of Armenia supports the implementation of state and private subsidy programs, aiming to stimulate investment growth and business development through leasing.

What is subsidy?

Subsidy programs allow businesses and individuals to reduce the cost of leasing transactions by receiving reimbursement for interest rates or down payments. This is especially important for SMEs and start-ups.

Main advantages of the programs

• interest rate subsidies: reduction of leasing payments,
• partial reimbursement of down payment,
• financing in various sectors (production, agriculture, transport and other sectors),
• promotion of the acquisition of new equipment and technology.

Economy modernization measures

Within the framework of the programs implemented by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, it is planned to finance enterprises through leasing for the acquisition of new equipment and technologies.

The goal of this program is:

• promote the modernization of production capacities,
• increase productivity,
• support local producers in entering new markets.
